my son deleted administrator how do I get it back?

on xp windows multimedia advent computer he has deleted administrator we cant get it back

I have same problem.... My administrator is deletet too, now I have acess whit restriction.... I maked another admi but but restriction are in use here agan... How I solved, or can I restore my old admin and take free ride on my COPM... thank you...
