Mend Electrolux ER78311 Problems Water Days

electrolux fridge/freezerER78311 temperature problems?

there is water ++ under the salad box every few days, the drainage hole at the back is not blocked and is cleaned regular, the fridge does keep things cool but no cool enough although the freezer seems o.k could this be a thermostat or compressor problem it is a Electrolux intergrated fridge/freezer ER78311
