whats wrong with my ford galaxy 2.3 ?

i have an r reg ford galaxy 2.3 automatic it goes into gear but wont change up through forward gears it just stays in 1 gear

get the box serviced not dear around £100 as i had this on mine and a service cured this prob

The only way to find out is to plug a diagnostic unit into the transmission ecu.Unless you have a local auto gearbox specialist .
