Sony DAV-SA30 compact system?

HI MY SYSTEM WILL SHUT OFF AFTER HALF AN HOUR AND THEN THE RED LIGHT WILL START FALSHING AND THEN YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE PLUG OUT OF THE SOCKET AND THEN LET IT COOL DOWN AND THEN PUT THE PLUG BACK IN SO PLEASE COULD SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE.
