FER FALCON 2, no hot water or heating system?

There's no hot water from the taps anywhere in the house, but shower is ok. The heating system doesn't work, either. When i reset, and then turn on the hot water tap, the green light showing burner on indicator is flashing, finally turned into red light showing boiler shut down warning. What's the problem?
