Basically ive just brought a car which has a clifford concept 300 already installed. It has been going off randomly since the day i have brought it and it is driving me and my neighbours crazy. Once the alarm goes off and i press the unlock/lock button to disarm it, within 5mins it is guarnteed to go off again! Does anyone know what problem i am experiencing and how i can fix the problem?? thanks
Hi Iv had the same problem, when the alarm goes off press it to turn it off then you have to press it another twice and it should be back to normal.

I also have the Concept 300 system on a Van and it has a mind of its own. Mine used to go off regularly until I worked out how to disarm the system (valet mode)....problem is each time you use it you have to re-enable valet mode. My key fob has now stopped working so have to use the 2 little buttons on the dash and punch in a 4 digit code each time, although it doent always recognise the code!
