Mend Singer 2010 Sewing Machine Bobbin Thread

Singer Touch tronic 2010 bobbin problems?

The top thread keeps getting tangled around the bobbin case....How can I stop this from happening? What am I doing wrong?

After checking the threading of the machine, my bobbin will still not wind the thread onto the bobbin. What can I do?

Hello Kelli,
If you have made sure you have threaded the machine properly and made sure the winder has dropped down then you may need to retime the machine, if you e-mail me I will attach timing instructions.
