Mend Ford Player Bought Working

How can i fix my audio cassette player for Ford Taurus LX-1996 car? ?

I bought a used Ford Taurus LX-1996 car whose audio cassette player is not working and also noticed that the CD loader has been removed. How do i fix this problem?
There is no power supply to the audio cassette player control.
