cd player and radio suddenly went dead in brand new car?

Hi there.

Just bought a new Kia Picanto 2010 model a few weeks ago. Was sitting listening to my cd player today and suddenly it just went dead. My radio is not working either. There is not a budge out of either. Has this happened to anyone before. Only have the car 4 weeks!. Thanks a million
