Mend eSys 3920 Flashing Light Flashes Green

Flashing greel light eSys 3920 ?

Hi there

My printer is not printing at all and just flashes the green light on the on off switch... any ideas? no paper jam. if parents are telling the truth, they sent doc to print and nothing happened.

we are using an eSys 3920.

please help!

I am having the same problem with my printer. Have you found out what is wrong?

It has been suggested the transformer has gone, where can i find a replacement in the UK
