Mend Opel Corsa Whilst Driving Turn

1995 corsa brakelight comes on ?

hi, i have a 1.5 1995 corsa diesel whilst driving its ok, when i turn right handbrake light comes on , but it doesnt come on when i turn left- also now it sometimes stays on when not moving-any clues anyone--thanks

the handbrake warning light also doubles up as brake fluid low level warning, so check the fluid resevoir if that's ok it could be a faulty low level warning switch
