Mend Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 SXI Help Whilst

VAUXHALL CORSA 1.2 SXI 51 REG, FAULT PLEASE HELP?

whilst driving my 51 reg corsa 1.2 sxi all the lights come on the dashboard then go off, once it is off the speedo does nt work all the dials drop! i turn it off and it woint start for about 20mins, what could it be?
