ive got a bosch SMS4472 and have the white film problem
its been cleaned out thoroughly and salt is left on all surfaces even when hardness adjustment is at zero
the salt container gets through all the salt in a few washes
gasket on lid is fine
could there be a valve sticking
can anyone help?

Contact the Bosch spares department on 08705-543210 and ask for part number 051835.It is the regen valve.It is fitted behind the lower front panel on the left hand side.
