Mine too and i don't have a manaul?

I have a Servis chest freezer and never had any problems but the Red light at the bottom is on????it has alarm written above it and it also has a green light which has the word line above it and another button which is orange and says super. i have just stacked it full off meat before realising and so have pushed the super button in with the hope of this sorting it out but no luck so far, does anyone have any ideas as the only light on now is the red alarm button and the orange super!!!! does it need defrosting??
