you dont need any special tools for pilot king pins, remove calliper then remove disc/hub assy take off disc shield remove cotter pin then remove circlips from top and bottom caps, take out caps and "o" rings you should now be able to knock king pin out, make sure you support under axle when you knock it out [so its more solid and springs dont take all the effort out] they can be tight-sometimes i`ve needed to remove axle to get a good swipe with sledge hammer! no reaming needed as needle roller bearings are fitted. hope this helps.

Used to do a lot of kingpins years ago on mercs/sherpas.same principal.looked into tools myself.the only supplier I found was euro tools (mobile dealer like snapon)Great looking bit of kit but as i recall several hundreds of pounds and u still had to have/buy the hydralic pump.found it cheaper to zip off the u clamps and press out/in with hydralic bench press and refit with new u bolts/clamps.Dont know if u have a euro tools dealer your way,may be the price has come down, wouldent bet on it though, tool was german made imported and not a stock item.try mercedes comercial dealer, they probably still list tool for old 208/308.carry a big wad of cash.big.wad.Just thought ,company called churchill/vi churchill or varient(cant remember spelling) might be a good bet.
