NEEDLE NOT PULLING THREAD THROUGH BOTTOM?

I AM HAVING A PROBLEM WHEN THREADING THE BOBBIN THROUGH THE BOTTOM, THE NEEDLE IS NOT GETTING AHOLD OF THE THREAD. WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS AND HOW COULD I FIX IT?

Hello Jillian,
If you have a perfect needle in the correct way round and it is still not picking up the thread then you may need to retime the machine, I can attach timing instructions for you if you e-mail me and tell me your model.
