What does F16 mean on a Bosch Classix 1400?

Hey there, have same problem . . .
think its cause the load is too heavy . . . thing is, only have a few items in there,,, but cause it started a cycle then decided to stop,,, they are all soaked through with water and now very heavy with water weight!!!!
ITS SOOOO ANNOOYYINNGG!!!!

in the manual it says the door is not shut properly and that clothes may be caught. However, I have this problem at the moment on my very new machine, and cant cure it even with an empty wash - so hope someone comes up with something !!

I just took out some laundry from mine Maxx 7 and machine started.
I think problem is proper weight.
