Have you thought about it possibly being the crankshaft position sensor. I know they give a lot of problems on the corsa 1ltrs

No help I'm afraid-we've got a P reg 1.2 which does exactly the same-cuts out at lights/roundabouts. Gets quite scary and in not fit to drive. My garage has had it several times and cannot find the problem-even happened to the garage owner when he was delivering it back to us. This problem appears on several forums, but I can't see a valid answer anywhere.

i have the same problem only mine has just started the second I had my camshaft changed. My engine justers, and then stalls itself, sometimes when im coasting, or using the thorttle. Mines a 1.2 8v tho, and wasnt doing it before some idiot mechanic changed the camshaft. When I had a diagnostics, it came up with the o2 sensor/ lamba sensor so I went to scrapers and got one off an x reg for a tenner but that hasnt done anything. the dude is trying to make out its nothing to do with him, but it may just be becasue the car needs to get used to a brand new part and work its wat through and lubricate itself. Im getting a 2nd opinon, Anyone help???
