THE RECLINING MECHANISM THAT YOU PULL INSIDE THE CHAIR BROKE?

if you contact lane furniture online they will send you a new mechanism at no cost to you .I am a lane service center in g.r. mich. they also can give you the name of a service center in your area.labor charges are not covered under warranty for installation. the other thing you could do is try to install yourself.Because it is a double recliner you can always look at other side if you get confused when installing mech. and that will show you how to install.hope this helps you. you will need serial# from tag under footrest to order mech.Feel free to E-MAIL me if you have any questions,JACK
