warranty # 017870345 all I know is my chair just had bolts screw and a long spring type wire come out of the wood and had been attached to the bolts I think that broke off it snaps cracks and I feel like its been having a problem ever since I brought it

Contact Lane for a replacement mechanism under warranty. Then check Craigslist under the services section for "Mobile Furniture Repair" to find a Craftsman to install it
