Lay it on it's front. remove the staples across the back bottom with a flat head screw driver. then up both back sides you will see a crease insert the flat head into there and separate the crease. you will see it is a tack strip remove it and then you will the back springs just reattach the spring and then put the tack strip back in with a rubber mallet. Restaple the back.
