Mend Veritas Code Alarm Moved Set

Is there a "factory default" code for Veritas burglar alarm?

Recently moved into new home, burglar alarm there, instructions say to set the alarm I have to enter code - I don't have one. Builders being no help. Is there a factory default like 0000 or 1234 etc on this system? (The alarm casing just says Veritas on it so I don't even know what model it is.)

The normal default code for veritas is 1234 engineer and 4321 for user. I hope this helps.
