MY 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HAS BROKEN OFF THE BOBBIN WINDER SHAFT FROM OUR BROTHER ES-2020 FLUSH WITH THE TOP CASING OF THE MACHINE. HOW CAN I REPLACE IT OR WHERE CAN I GET IT REPAIRED NEAREST TO NORTH STAFFORDSHIRE?
