Mend Sears 917.376290 Carburetor Lawn Mower Craftsman

sears craftsman model 917.376290?

I need to see a photo of the carburetor so I can figure exactly how the linkage is connected and where. Took a part several weeks ago had to leave town and now two weeks later not positive how it all connected.

The above Craftsman mower uses the tecumseh carb, so the second link gives the view you need to reconnect the governor link and throttle lever

Mike,
Did you find a picture of the linkage mechanism for the carburretor (632795A) for this lawn mower (917.376290)? I know it's somewhat cumbersome!
I've done something similar and now I just *cannot* figure out where the (slightly-twisted, funny-shaped) metal rod reconnects.
I went to the Sears parts store for help and they said "$110 retainer, we'll call if it's more...".
I would appreciate the picture if you managed to find it. Thanks.

Try SEARS.com and get a exploded view ,,,,if no luck there go to lowes ect and take a look on one of the demo....
