Mend Gartec 300 Alarm Flashing Power

where can I obtain a manuual for a gartec 300 alarm?

I have a flashing power Light on my alarm panel and do not have a manual
has anyone any idea what causes it and how it can be put right

A flashing power light indicates a power fault usually mains electricity disconnected. Check your fusebox that all fuses are ok and all trips are on. It could be the panel needs a new battery or an internal use may need replacing. Careful on opening the box - mains inside !!
