Mend Toshiba RD-XS24SB Clock Set Correct

My Toshiba RD-XS24SB clock doesn't work?

Toshiba RD-XS24SB. I can set the time and then it displays the correct time but does not count(time) stays at whatever you set it to. i.e set this evening to 19:35 still showing 19:35. Now I can't do timed recordings.Tried everything standby all the setup options etc.
