Hi Brian, with the #1 on TDC you insert a locking pin into flywheel, then insert a M8 X 1.25 X 40mm bolt into the camshaft sprocket, then insert 2 M8 X 1.25 X35mm bolts into the injection pump sprocket, then remove clutch cover housing and fit flywheel locking tool (facom D86) then the crank sprocket can be undone the remaining cover removed the tensioners slackened off and the belt removed, refitting is the reverse of fitting!! nige110162@hotmail.co.uk
