Mend Diplomat ADP8322 Dishwasher Top

Diplomat ADP8322 Dishwasher spraying arms don't rotate?

Water is getting into the dishwasher, however the water doesn't seem to be getting to the middle and top spraying arms. None of the spraying arms are rotating during any cycle and I get a constant humming noise. The water is draining ok.

Please help.
