Mend Diplomat ADP 8332 Not Washing Dishes

I have a Diplomat adp 8332 dishwasher and the top rotator is not rotating or filling up with water any advice would be great thankyou

Hi Yvonne, is the lower arm going around and the base have a few inches of water in it when the door is opened? If so, check that the spray arm holes are all clear.If the two end ones are blocked, they do not rotate.Anything more than this, it will be more serious and an engineer will have to be called.All the best.
