Mend Yamaha 1100 Waverunner Change Changing Filter

oil change 2008 1100 yamaha waverunner?

What is the procedure for changing oil on my 2008 yamaha 1100 waverunner? I know where the oil filter is, and I have to suck out the resevoir, but isnt there going to be oil left in the block? The whole system holds 4.5 qts. Does the resevoir hold all that amount?? Any help greatly appreciated.

no you dont suck it all out, its impossible... you get out as much as possible using a suction tube, about the size of a straw or slightly smaller, change oil filter...

the refill it be careful to add back what you took out only. no more!
