Dirt Devil Vision WideGlide model # 086700 doesn't have suction?

There had been a clog in the hose, but that is out now, but my vacuum still doesn't have any suction. The belt was just changed about a month ago, and the roller seems to be turning fine. What could this be and any idea how to fix it?

Double check the flexible hose running from the base up to the top of the filter housing. Hose can be detached by removing 2 screws in the housing cover and 1 screw holding the hose transision.

Most likely still clogged somewhere. A racing motor when turned on is an obvious indication of a clogged passage or a container filter in bad shape.
