Mend Technika 40" No Power Picture Flashing Light

Technika 40" LCD TV wont come on!?

My tv was working perfectly fine and after getting up this morning it wont come on. The power light is flashing but i cant get any picture or sound.

the tv has a faulty mother board,common fault on these tvs try a manufacturers claim for new set

I have a Technika 32" doing exactly the same thing.....
Its just 2 weeks out of the 12 month manufacturer's warranty.
