although inexpensive to purchase (approx £20-30) its a lot of work to replace, and if you have to ask how to do it, i really wouldnt recommend trying, as its a couple of hours work for a first timer.
you would also need to check your drum gasket/seal for holes as a complete bearing failure will often cause the gasket to tear, which is another £20 and another hours worth of hassle.
i would personally dispense with the indesit and buy a basic tricity or zanussi that are built with hardier tunning gear, as you will probably find the pcb on the indesit will go at some point (if its an automatic - they are notorious for this)
