Mend Honda Smoke Mower

Black Smoke?

My lower mowers is blowing out black smoke, and runs like it it missing. It's a Honda mower. What can I do to fix it?

Suspect choke is stuck on. Last part of throttle control movement will activate the choke. Check that when you back the throttle off after starting, the choke comes off.
