Zanussi FJ1093 - excessive knocking when spining?

When the spin cycle starts the drum moves excessivly and knocks, almost sounding like it will destroy itself. I have also found a plastic like debris in the fluff draw and any light coloured clothes in the bottom seem to have an oil like stain from where the holes are in the drum
