how can i remove the child locks from my ford focus rear doors?

i have been unable to find any idea of how to remove the child/dead locks from my rear doors... any ideas?

Hi Anne, with the rear door open, below the latch there should be a small cutout in the door frame with a little lever, if this is moved towards the outside of the door this should disengage the child lock and the door will then open from the inside and outside
