Mend Acer N35 Problem Power Supply

ACER N35 PROBLEM?

I put a new battery in my acer n35, but it still won't work without being connected to a power supply. Can it be cheaply repaired, or is it a write off?

The probability is that the battery simply needs charging Turn the machine off and leave the charger line plgged in overnight. Then leave the PC on without the power line until the battery is flat again. Repeat this two or three times. Once a month let the battery go flat and rcharge before use.
