PROBLEM WITH MY ALARM SYSTEM?

THE ALARM ON MY ROVER 25 54 PLATE HAS STOPPED WORKING TO OVERIDE THIS I NEED MY MANUAL WHICH IS LOCKED IN THE CAR ANY SOLUTIONS WOULD BE MUCH APPECIATED

only answer could be to wedge open the door to reach the latch or put the window through. i know its drastic,but there isn't any other way really.
