I have a 51 plate Renault Scenic 1.6 Diamanique+. Occasionally it struggles to start - especially if a have turned off the engine then 15 minutes later try to start it again. The starter motor turns over but fails to start the engine. After upto 7 attempts will then start. Occasionlly this also happens first thing in the morning. Have changed plugs but its made no difference. Could it be a fuel pump problem?
ive had the same thing going on for a while and been told its the crankshaft senser they are about 23 pounds to replace or try and give it a clean this works most of the time
