Mend Ford Transit 120 Popular Replace Door Locks

How can I repair or replace the door locks on my 1990 transit 120 popular?

I have a 1990 transit 120 popular, and all the locks are faulty.
Ford no longer supply locks for this model apparently.
They do however supply a kit of parts quite cheaply, but without any instructions, and I believe it is quitywe complicated to put together.
Can anyone help please?

its a pain.basically u build the barrel with the wards so as when the key is inserted all the wards retract into the barrel so as to allow the barrel to rotate,then insert the barrel back into the lock housing.if u cant a good locksmith will have no problem doing it for u.
