Probably too late !
Try heating up a thin screw driver or even the key to burn the glue out so turning the locks. Carefull the key doesn't bend
When in France I bought some superglue on a card thought I was getting two tubes, one turned out to be a releasing agent so have words with shop/s about this. Or take details of a pack and contact the makers I'm sure they would help. At worst drilling locks out which would be far cheaper than replacing both boot and toilet cassette door if you can get one.
