dial keeps turning power light bleeps 8 times?

we our on our second margherita 2000 awd12s . Don't want to talk about the first. this one apart from the train coming through the kitchen noise every other week still works after 14 months. now dial keeps turning and bleeps 8 times any one know anything about this utter pile of c**p.
