setting`s change for a philips cineos 42"lcd ambilight tv?

i bought a shop display philip`s ambilight tv.When i got it home and switched it on it said shop mode,refer to manual for changing to home use as shop mode has fixed setting`s.Ive read the manual back to front also rang countless people up and yet to no avail.I could take it back to the store but i dont have the packaging and am concerned about it getting damaged in transit.Is there any help please
