over pressure baxi 105e?

pressure valve lets go at 3 bar .loop disconected .but water is passing through to heating system and running out of by pass

Sounds like Diverter valve diaphram valve.
Passing between c/h and h/w supply.?
the 2 mixing. giving presure.
got to be the diverter valve.

Could be domestic heat exchanger. If pinholed inside would pass mains to central heating.
