Mend Ford Ka Heater Fault Wiring

my ka heater stays on hot,?

Mech says its not the heater valve cos they usually stick on cold.So could it be control panel? Mech tells me he thinks its a wiring fault and is waiting for modification wiring diagram before he can fix it.Is he giving me a load of FLANNEL or what?

Hi Steve, yes the valve does normally fail in the cold setting, I cant see why your mech needs special wiring diagrams? the valve has a permanent 12v supply and the control panel gives out the earth signal to operate the valve, if you want a copy of the wiring diagram contact me on nige110162@hotmail.co.uk and I'll mail you them
