Mend Hotpoint TDC30 Dryer Heater Thermostat

hotpoint aquarsius tdc30 purchased 11.01?

maachine running checked thermostats at rear both closed circuit machine cold .checked heater element wiring for test direct through thermostat to full heater elements. elements heating. fan and tumble action working. filters clean heater light not coming on. now suspect hi/lo element iswitch but how to get it off have removed to taken out 4 screws holding front control panel. plus pull off timer switch knob but panel still held assistance please panel removal and diagnosis of fault.thanks.alec weeks somerset.

i know how to get to the switch there is a screw in the middle of the panel and to get to it you need to rotate the drum till one of the grooves is at the top then you will be able to get to that elusive screw thats holding it in i hope this makes sense as ive just had to change my start switch
