Mend Kenmore 70 series Rinse Pump

How can I fix my Kenmore 70 series?

my machine goes half way through the rinse cycle and then stops, it will not drain. There is no blockage and I wondered if there is a pump in it that pumps the water out.

If it goes dead when its supposed to drain and spin, I would check out that lid switch.
