what is wrong with my kenmore 110 washer?

my washer makes a clicking noise when it starts spining, after wash cycle or rather at end of when it needs to spin full tank of water out it makes a bad clicking sound, it also does it also after it refills in rinse and needs to spin water out, i have replaced coupler for moter it finally went, the pump i had out, its fine, it doesnt make noise if i let water drain out then let it spin, only under load from water weight, also if i spin the iner drum by hand it is out of round from outer ow 1/2 inch.. i have schematics of washer , and i bought new in 96, any help would be appreciated !!!!!!!! model# 11091554210 serial # ce3020308 stock#15542
