I SEEM TO HAVE "SNAPPED" THE DOOR HANDLE ON MY ARISTON MARGHERITA CDE 12X?

unplug the machine and remove two small screws on rear of the machine that hold the top on. take off the top and place to one side. the rear of the latch is now available to you from the insude. reach down and push the latch to the left hand side to relaease it. door will now open. order replacement part as you are unable to fix the plastic latch which is a weak point and has now snapped - uk cost c 13 gbp see here http://www.buyspares.co.uk/washing-machine/a1635uk-27051/door-handle-kit/product.pl?pid=47119&shop=ariston&path=76567&model_ref=502948

replace damage part is easy as pulling out the pin and rpelacing with new latch. Good luck!!

I say call up the company ask for the part and possibly pay about $10 for them to send it to you and you can DIY fix it OR you can go to an appliance store near where you live and see if they have the part or if they can order it for you OR you can hire somebody to fix it for you OR you can use a lot of glue
