Mend Murray 20355 Lawn Mower Choke

i have a murray3.5hp classic that doesn't want to stay started?

my lawn mover doesn't want to stay started after i cuts out it won't restart un less you spray carb and choke cleaner how can i fix this problem murray 20" 3.5 hp classic
